Nestled in the heart of Glengarry County, we strive to create honest, affordable and sustainable products for our local communities.

What We Do.

Garlic

We grow and cultivate a variety of hardneck garlic, with our main crop variety being “Italian Music.”

Our garlic is planted, harvested and sorted all by hand. Any less than visually stunning bulbs are processed into our garlic spices to make use of the entire crop.

Bees & Honey

While we still only have a small number of bee hives, each hive has a role in our bee yard. Some focus on producing honey, others are used to grow our population and hive count.

We offer a variety of bee-based products like honey, beeswax candles, soap & more.

Cut Flowers

We are always expanding on our cut flower varieties in hopes of offering our bees a source of nectar and pollen at key moments in the year.

Cut flower varieties we currently offer are tulips, daffodils, peonies, hydrangeas, gladiolus, dahlias & more.
